Following God's Unconventional Path

Devotional: God often leads us on paths that don't make logical sense to us. He led the Israelites on a longer route to avoid potential discouragement. This teaches us that God's wisdom surpasses our understanding. Reflect on times when God has led you on an unexpected path. How did it ultimately work for your good? Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding.

Today, identify an area of your life where you're struggling to trust God's direction. Surrender it to Him, asking for the faith to follow His lead, even when it doesn't make sense to you.
